About Third Harvest
Measured land value, shared across a real partnership.
Third Harvest builds Harvest Sentinel™ and Harvest Oracle™ to measure and value living land honestly, and it shares that value through a public-private partnership in which no single party predominates.
The partnership model
Public-private by design. No single owner.
Third Harvest is built as a public-private partnership, so no one party can become the predominant owner. Value is shared across three pillars, each with real upside:
First Nations participants
A DAO gives First Nations participants a 10-year adoption period with royalty shares — an economically viable, resilient future built into the structure from day one.
Private and commercial forest landowners
Landowners share in the upside as their land's living value is measured and recognized, rather than standing on the sidelines of the model.
Public partners and the industry
The model requires public-private partnership, and the Oracle evaluation metric is built to cushion the forest industry's transition rather than disrupt it overnight.
First Nations participation is one pillar of the model, not the whole story. Third Harvest is a commercial land-intelligence company, not an advocacy group, and it does not speak for any nation.
What we build
Harvest Sentinel™ opens closed land-data systems to a shared, verifiable layer. Harvest Oracle™ turns that data into transparent, sustainability-weighted per-acre value. Alongside the technology, Third Harvest runs a native plant nursery on the Olympic Peninsula and offers whole-property forest management.
Talk about the partnership
First Nations and tribal governments, forest landowners, public agencies, and industry partners are all welcome to start a careful conversation.
